A small private plane collided with the roof of a house in Texas on Sunday afternoon.

The incident occurred shortly before noon, near the Georgetown Executive Airport, as the plane, carrying three individuals, including the pilot, was preparing to land.

The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) confirmed that the National Transportation Safety Board (NTSB) would be taking charge of the investigation into the cause of the crash involving a single-engine Beech BE35 aircraft.

Fortunately, all three occupants, comprising one man and two women, survived the accident with injuries that were not considered life-threatening.
